An evening up at the Vieilles Luges is a magical experience and we welcome groups of 15 and more. Smaller groups are possible but require a minimum spend guarantee.

Our main dining area can accommodate up to 30 guests. We have an area just above it across from the bar which caters for 10 guests and towards the entrance of the restaurant a small area for 6 and another room for up to 15 guests making a total of around 55 guests.

During the winter and due to the fact that we are located in close proximity to the ski slopes the local authorities have set a few conditions for us to be able to open at night.

  1. The group is required to be accompanied by one or more mountain professionals, ski instructor, low altitude mountain guide or a mountain guide. While we do not provide this service directly we can put you in touch with people we have worked with in the past. The local ski school can also provide this service including a sledge ride down.

  2. The second condition is that the group is at the bottom of the mountain by no later than 23:00. If you arrive around 18:30 it leaves ample time to have a drink and enjoy your meal with us.

As tradition goes we offer a delicious fondue based menu which you can find <here> with other possibilities request.

Access to our mountain restaurant is on foot with a good pair of shoes, snow shoes or ski’s depending on conditions. Your guide will be able to help you with this based on the latest assessment of the conditions. Its a beautiful uphill walk through the forest which takes about 20min from the parking lot of the Maison Neuve chair life.

We are able to assist a few members of your group to the restaurant with our snow buggy provided they have a valid reason. For obvious reasons we cannot drive everyone up.

If you have any further questions you may contact us via email which you will find at the bottom of our homepage.
